  1. What is PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection)?

Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) is the final check carried out by the Dealer on a product before they hand it over to you.

  1. Can I place an Order from outside of South Africa?

No – at this time you cannot place an order if you live abroad, as purchased orders can only be collected at one of our participating South African Dealers.


  1. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes - your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at check out. It will confirm that we have received and will shortly start processing your order. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, such as unexpected unavailability of your selected products, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, or offer a refund.
If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder – if you find it there, please move the email to your inbox and declare “no-spam” – if you don’t find it please, contact our customer service via onlineorders@husqvarnagroup.com 




  1. How does the selection of Authorised Dealer work?

We will automatically select your nearest Authorised Husqvarna Dealer based on your billing address for “click & collect”. Alternatively, you may wish to select your preferred Dealer. This can be done using the Dealer Locator.

You will only be able to select from participating South African Dealers listed in the e-commerce Dealer Locator, which is a subset of our full network.


  1. What is an Authorised Husqvarna Dealer?

Authorised Husqvarna Dealers are carefully selected to ensure the best possible service and support for the lifetime of your Husqvarna product/s.


  1. When do I need to contact my Authorised Dealer?

Contact your Authorised Dealer regarding all service and maintenance requirements, genuine Husqvarna parts and accessories.




  1. Where are my products being dispatched from?

All products are dispatched from the Husqvarna South Africa warehouse.


  1. How long does it take to get the product delivered?

Once payment is received orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Different delivery times may apply for public holidays and remote regions – this will be communicated accordingly as part of the Shipping Confirmation.


  1. How much will Delivery Cost?

Delivery is free for all orders over R 500. Orders under R500 will be charged a flat rate of R50 per order.




  1. How long will it take to get my refund?

Your refund will be applied as a credit to your original payment method once returned goods have been received and validated. Money will generally show in your account statement as a credit within 7 working days thereafter.





  1. Will there be a charge for returning products?

When you return your products via your designated participating Husqvarna Dealer (listed in the order confirmation) - there will be no charge - provided you had returned the product/s within 10 business days of receiving your order, return items in new condition, in the original packaging (where applicable) and include all free extras.  If there is a loss in value to any of the returned product/s, and this loss is the result of misuse of the Product/s other than what is required for inspection of the Product/s, Husqvarna may make a deduction to cover these reasonable restocking costs, from any reimbursement or refund made to you.

  1. How to I resolve a fault on my product/s?

All Husqvarna product/s are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you experience any issues with your product/s please visit your Husqvarna Dealer where your order was collected from.




  1. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept the following debit or credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Instant EFT.


  1. Is my payment secure?

Yes - Peach Payments is a 3D Secure payments processing service. 3D Secure is an additional  security measure when using your credit or debit card for online transactions – to authenticate that you are the actual cardholder.


  1. Are my personal details secure?

Yes - your personal and payment details will be encrypted.


  1. When will you take my payment?

Payment is processed once an order has been placed. Validated payment is a pre-condition for us to process the order.




  1. Are my personal details secure with you after I have placed an order?

Your details are only used to process your orders, provide after care and related product information. Data is stored in a secure environment and not shared with third parties. For more details please refer to our Privacy Policy.
